Welcome to Sunkissed Palms
The backyard is where the days go.
Coffee by the pool in the morning, a soak in the spa after a round, and an evening on the patio watching the light fade on the San Jacinto mountains beyond the fairway. The pool is saltwater and private, and the spa seats six.
Inside, everything is on one level and set up for living, not just sleeping. There are two king bedrooms and a third with a full bed and a trundle, so a family or two couples can spread out. The living room opens straight onto the pool, the den has a fireplace and a desk for the calls you couldn’t skip, and the kitchen is stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to dinner for six.
Come for a golf or tennis weekend, a festival trip, or a long winter stay. Desert Princess is gated and quiet, and Palm Springs, the airport and the rest of the valley are a short drive away.
We’re Kavel and Hande. Sunkissed Palms is the home we hope to retire to one day, and until then we love sharing it.

What guests say
The view from the office desk is crazy. It's almost mean how nice it is because now I have to go home. Looking through one window, I could see the pool, the spa, the tee box, the pond, the golf green, and the mountains. Being in the middle of a desert, to see that much blue and green was amazing.
We absolutely love this property because it feels like home. The furniture and beds are actually comfortable, the kitchen is equipped and easy to manage, for a family of four, for a week’s stay. The patio out back with the pool and spa is the cherry on top. We will definitely be back, as it’s one of our favorites.
We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from the patio. We only heated the hot tub which was enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent. The weather was wonderful. It was so nice to escape the winter in the Midwest. The kitchen was the most adequately furnished kitchen we've encountered in any of our many rentals. We definitely will come back.
This house was absolutely beautiful. We are hoping to stay again next January. They were responsive and helpful and very positive. The place was absolutely clean and spotless. The location was easy to get to Palm Springs and Palm Desert. We love that it was gated, and we felt very protected. We also love the pool and the hot tub and the view. Excellent excellent excellent.
